Review:

I’ve commented here before about how erotic stories can be more sexually titillating than actually seeing the visuals of a fist sliding into a tight ass. Some of you also feel this way, some of you don’t, I fully realize to each their own when it comes to finding things that sexually excite you. That’s why we try to do a damn good job here at DarkPost in providing a plethora of sites for you to visit that cover a large playing field of fetishes. Some are darker than others, but we hope you can find at least a few things worthy of your time. Now here’s something we haven’t done before, at least not as extensively as now: erotic art. Art can do the same thing as an erotic story but in a visual way. It can titillate without being explicit.

Ralf Paschke is a German artist who specializes in erotic paintings featuring men in various BDSM scenarios. At first hearing about Paschke I was worried that it would just be another Tom of Finland knock-off. Let’s face it, there will only ever be one Tom of Finland. There are heaps of people out there who present themselves as the next best thing, but give me the original any day! Okay, so suffice it to say, Paschke is no Tom of Finland. First, all of his paintings are in colour, and he’s not afraid of using colour to convey emotion. The men in his paintings seem real, guys we’ve all brought home, played with, and then wanted to see again. He’s showcasing the Everyman of the BDSM world. They are painted in an expressionist style with broad brush strokes that allow you to get caught up in the intensity of the various scenarios. (Even if that scenario is simply the gaze of a leatherman staring back at you). Paschke finds delight in all the men he showcases for the viewer and conveys this energy in his stylistic choices.

On his website you’ll find about seventy-five of his paintings, and unfortunately most of them have already been sold! That’s okay though, because at least he’s allowing us to see these great works of art. If you’re interested you can contact him for rates on those that are still available. Additionally, he’s set up a section of the website that showcase some of his most popular paintings as desktop wallpapers. So if you can’t afford to purchase at least you can have a bit of art on your desktop. Nice! The only drawback of his site is that it has left me wanting to see more, and more of the real thing. I may have to take a trip to Germany to get my own one-on-one time with this truly blessed artist!
